ENGINEERING
Thanks to the many years of experience of its specialists and to cutting-edge technological supports, engineering has always been a distinctive element to S.A.I.E.P.
S.A.I.E.P. is able to autonomously create each product requested by the customer, through the design phases of prototyping and industrialization.
The customer is constantly involved in all phases of the design, with the aim of sharing their needs, optimizing technical solutions and containing the costs of the finished product.
The main activities of our Technical Department are:
- Development and management of projects in the CAD-CATIA environment
- Creation of electrical diagrams and panel layouts starting from the specifications provided by the customer using dedicated software (SPAC automazione - ELCAD)
- Management of internationally transferring technology programs
- Realization of prototypes of electrical panels and electromechanical equipment
- Optimization of product quality verification and validation processes
- Management and organization of laboratory tests (RFI, EMC, vibration tests, salt spray, rain tests, etc ...)
- RAMS calculations
